People are talking…
Recently I had unexpected open heart surgery which meant my every day eating habits had to change. I was introduced to Kathy, and she’s the best thing to happen to me. We talked a lot about what food I like as well as which foods I should be eating. Kathy cooks low salt, heart healthy meals for me and I couldn’t be happier.Because of Kathy I am now eating mashed potatoes mixed with turnips, shrimp stir-fry, apple cider pork chops, maple baked salmon, and stuffed peppers with loads of vegetables. I know that everything I’m eating is good for me as well as delicious.
Thank you, Kathy!
I had Chef Kathleen cook my birthday dinner. She prepared a lamb dish that featured her special Two Day Sauce. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten and I’d put it up against any Michelin Star restaurant. The time, dedication, passion, and perfection she places on her profession really shines through. You can taste the difference. She made my birthday meal extra special and her services were well worth the modest fee charged.
I will have Chef Kathleen cook for all of my special occasions from now on!
Kathleen Lewandowski has provided donated services to the non-profit agency for which I serve as the Chief Executive Officer. Among other gifts-in-kind, Kathleen has been a featured guest chef in an extremely high end silent auction that benefited the West Bergen Center for Children and Youth–our comprehensive children’s mental health program in Bergen County, NJ. She was professional, extremely detail oriented, engaging, warm and made a huge impression on the donors. She understood the task at hand, delivered and was even featured in a prominent magazine for her work.In addition to the guest chef role, she was most recently a guest vendor at West Bergen’s Fall Night of Fine Dining. She was one of the more popular chef’s featured and her baking is still talked about among many. I do not hesitate in giving Kathleen my unqualified, highest recommendation. She will be an asset to whomever chooses to engage her.
My two brothers and I were forever in search of someone who could cook for our now 95-year old father with meals that followed his particular dietary restrictions AND tasted good! Through word of mouth (excuse the pun), we heard about Kathy Lewandowski, a private chef, who might be available during the pandemic. It was love at first bite! Personality-wise, she and my father hit it off. Upbeat, curious, engaging and positive, Kathy loves food and being a chef, and is always interested in learning more about healthy foods, their properties and their ideal combinations in dishes. Early on, Kathy and my father discussed what he could and could not have, did and did not like, and she came up with a sample menu of ideas that were tasty and healthy.
It has been almost a year and Kathy keeps coming up with inventive, healthy recipes that are as aesthetically appealing as they are culinarily delicious. She is always willing to modify, alter, or take a turn to satisfy the needs and wants of my father. She is an excellent chef who is flexible, resourceful and delightful.
